Christine Clark

Christine has a balanced educational and athletic design background. She has a master’s degree in Landscape Architecture and in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design in Architecture from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her experience lies in master planning and recreational design. She focuses on creating multifaceted spaces and networks that allow the users to freely move and experience indoor and outdoor spaces. She integrates her landscape design aesthetics into the highly functional engineering design of the whiewater parks.

Christine is also a sponsored freestyle kayaker and has competed in several professional freestyle competitions including the Teva Mountain Games. She began kayaking as an undergraduate student and later become the CU Kayak Club President and served as the CU Executive Board of Club Sports President, Vice-President and Member. She is also a raft guide and an avid fly fisherman. Christine has also worked and volunteered for many years, teaching kayaking at universities, shops and adventure camps, sharing her excitement and knowledge of kayaking to all ages.
